- Furnace did not activate for 10 minutes +- when initially set to “hold, 80 degrees”. Recommend investigation by a licensed heating contractor

- Substantial gap beneath baseboard at stairs. Purchaser has requested this area be filled. A suggestion would be a very thin type of scribe molding painted white
